The mission of Tiempo Communications and Utility Services, Inc is to provide our customers with total comprehensive and integrated construction service, technical/repair service and system support services; combined with effective techniques and under the control of qualified personnel; to optimize the construction process of both plant construction multiple-dwelling unit installations, repair and maintenance of existing plant, and to provide telecommunication network construction installations.
